Only 200m from the rolling Lapin piste and Golf ski lift, this 220 square metre property is nestled in the valley of Les Allues, one of the largest and most coveted ski areas in the world.
The living area is a vision of sublime woodwork. It features a comfortable lounge area and chic, minimalist decor. The pièce de résistance is the central fireplace. Bask in its glowing warmth and spend quality time with your loved ones. You are never short on entertainment, thanks to the TV and SONOS speakers. Kids have plenty of board games to keep themselves hooked for hours.
Enjoy intimate family meals at the large dining table. If you’re visiting with toddlers, you can make them comfortable on the highchairs. The kitchen is roomy and fully furnished, with glossy countertops and wooden cabinetry.
The chalet has a ski room, kitted with a ski locker and boot warmer. Other facilities include a garage and ample parking space.
All five bedrooms are bright and airy, with magnificent views. The children’s room is located on the lowest floor, comprised of two bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom. The first floor has three bedrooms, two of which have private terraces. All three feature a separable double bed, wardrobe and TV. On the second floor, the master bedroom is provided with a double bed, TV, dressing and chair. /n Security deposit /n Secure link sent to the client’s email to fill in the details of the client’s bank card online 2 weeks before the arrival for the amount of €4000.
