This holiday villa is conveniently located near Bergerac (14 km), the heart of the region with an easily accessible airport (the owner of the villa will even pick you up). It’s a fabulous destination for shopping - the medieval streets are filled with interesting boutiques and restaurants. Even better, wine country spreads from the hub of Bergerac, filled with chateaux and vineyards to delight you.
/n Security deposit /n €500 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n Between 4.00 p.m. and 6.00 p.m. (If you are unable to do so please contact owner to advise estimated time of arrival) /n Departure time /n 10.00 a.m. /n Linen & towels included? /n Yes, including a weekly change for stays of over 7 nights (a change is left in the house). /n Pool heating charge? /n €100 per week, payable in cash upon arrival - must be requested a minimum of two days in advance. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures. /n Minimum stay /n 7 nights. /n Changeover day /n Saturday. /n Insurance /n Guests are recommended to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay. /n Pets welcome? /n On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. /n Other Ts and Cs /n Property available from June to end of September. /n Smoking Allowed? /n Outside only. /n Pool towels included? /n Yes.
