The chateau is located just a short walk from the village of Le Temple sur Lot with its bar, epicerie, boulangerie and well known restaurant "The Commanderie". The location is tranquil and private, set in 11 acres of landscaped gardens.
The accommodation is plentiful and ideal for families. There is a well equipped kitchen with a lovely French pantry set into one of the towers, a large sitting room, a family room and a separate study.
All eight bedrooms have ensuites and are located on the first and second floor. For outdoor living, the salt-water pool is heated and the old "Sechoir" offers a dining terrace, summer kitchen and upstairs games room with table tennis, table football and pool. /n Security deposit /n £1250 charged to client's credit card by Oliver’s Travels as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n 4.00 p.m. onwards. /n Departure time /n 10.00 a.m. /n Energy costs included? /n Included in the rental price. /n Linen & towels included? /n All linen and bath towels are included in the rental price. /n Pets welcome? /n Please enquire - on request only and with prior agreement with the owner. /n Other Ts and Cs /n Pool heating included from May - September, extra charges may apply outside of this period. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures. /n Other Ts and Cs /n Guests will be required to sign a copy of the owner's rental terms 4 weeks prior to staying, however a copy of this may be requested upon booking confirmation. /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Included. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. /n Smoking Allowed? /n No smoking in the property. /n Insurance /n It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property. /n Minimum stay /n 7 nights between May and mid-September, otherwise 4 nights. /n Pool opening dates? /n The pool is open approximately May - September. Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.
