The villa is right next to the 18-hole golf course of Gujan-Mestras and is located in an exceptional setting.
The light white-wooden architecture, the very colourful decoration, the pool, and the outdoors equipment turn this house into a joyful place which will make the whole family happy. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living area which opens up on the outside. With the juke-box and the red sofa, it is a resolutely modern, joyful, and bright room. You’ll cook your meals in the flowery kitchen and take place around the transparent table in the dining room or on the benches of the covered terrace. You can lie down on the sofa and watch TV or read in one of the armchairs of the outdoors sitting area. During the evenings, after your dinner, you’ll look at the stars in a deckchair by the pool or have a drink in the hot tub….
Everybody lives at their own pace in the house, according to their desire. As for the sleeping area, you will find two double bedrooms on the ground floor, with queen-size beds and en-suite shower rooms. The Master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a small balcony overlooking the pool and the golf course, and an en-suite bathroom. You will also find a children’s bedroom with bunk beds and an en-suite shower room. On one side of the house, there is a small outdoors kitchen with a flat-top grill and a barbecue, with a terrace gas heating system to fully enjoy your evenings. A storage room with a freezer, an ice-cube machine, a dryer-washing machine anda shower - very useful when you’ll come back from the beach – complete the already very well-equipped villa. We provide fresh bed linens and bath towels. The beds are made shortly before your arrival. Weekly housekeeping is included, as well as complete cleaning after your departure. You will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a welcome basket with a selection of teas and coffees in the kitchen.
The Blue Green Gujan Golf offers a fun and internationally renowned golf course, combining technical difficulty and beautiful routes. It perfectly fits into the surrounding nature: pine forests, lakes, and white sandy bunkers are the elements composing this outstanding setting. With its 7 marinas and its numerous oyster farms, Gujan-Mestras is the oyster-farming capital of the Arcachon Bay. In the marinas, allow yourself some time to savour a plate of oysters with bread, butter, lemon, and served with a glass of fresh white wine. Many oyster farmers offer tastings in their shacks, and are always willing to share their knowledge and their passion for their profession. Gujan is also a destination in the “wilderness”, with numerous hiking and bike trails which will allow you to discover the natural resources of the Bay’s flora. For you grocery shopping, a large commercial area is less than 5 minutes away from the house. Arcachon and the Dune of Pilat are less than a 15-minute drive away from the villa.
