The first-floor master bedroom is especially impressive with its sliding windows opening up to a glorious terrace looking out past swaying palm trees towards the coast.
There’s a calm ambience in the enclosed gardens with the swimming pool terrace and barbecue, perfect for lazy days relaxing in the sun before wandering out to central Cannes for a stroll along the famous La Croisette boulevard. It’s around a 15-minute stroll to Pointe Croisette with its beaches, marinas and restaurants or head a little further to the other side of town to discover the vibrant covered market and enchanting historic quarter.
Take a train towards Nice and Monaco or hire a car to explore the idyllic perched villages and market towns of the Alpes-Maritimes such as Biot, Mougins, Valbonne and Grasse. Or stay closer to home and experience a range of summer watersports, enjoy boat trips from the port and get to know this dazzling and captivating city. /n Security deposit /n €2500 paid via bank transfer to the owner one month before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
