The interior design of the villa is chic, delicate and indulgent. From the exquisite open-plan living area you can flow easily onto the terrace to enjoy the delightful offerings of the garden through the vast patio doors, which fill the space with light, air and warmth. The kitchen is also easily accessed from the living area, with a stylish high archway joining the two.
All four bedrooms over the three floors are wonderful. Modern furniture, minimalist, almost Scandinavian design and beautiful touches like a TV in each room, or an open design bathroom with a luxury whirlpool bath, establish an ambience of opulence. All three bathrooms are similarly designed, with marble finishes and soft colours.
Just as beautiful as the interior is the sumptuous garden, full of plants and shrubs and bursting with life. By the pool there is a fabulous seating area for the whole group, perfectly positioned under a heater to ensure you can keep the party going late into the evening! And the pool is of course ideal for a warm day enjoying the sunshine and your holiday.
In a residential area, you’re ideally placed within walking distance to the delightful medieval hilltop village of Biot and just ten minutes by car from the dazzling coastline of the French Riviera, with its luscious sandy beaches, sparkling crystal-clear waters, dramatic rugged cliffs and glamourous coastal towns.
The charming town of Grasse (20km) is around half an hour away, nestled in the hills just a little north of the villa. to top it all, Antibes, Cannes and Nice are all under forty minutes away!
