This elegant villa has a bright and airy ambience with the vast open-plan living and dining area offering ample space across the upper floor. French windows open out to the many terraces allowing light to flood in and the views of the surrounding countryside can be admired throughout the day. Downstairs there are four individually styled bedrooms, three of which have traditional terracotta floors to keep you cool in the summer and doors opening out to the lower terrace. Three pretty bathrooms add to the overall charm and appeal of this graceful home so perfect for a French Riviera escape.
Here you can experience outdoor living at its best. Listen to the birdsong as you sip your morning coffee on the lower terrace by the bedrooms, whilst leisurely lunches can be spent together by the summer kitchen, creating a feast of Provençal delights picked up that morning from local village markets. The swimming pool invites you to spend lazy afternoons in this relaxing setting followed by evening aperitifs in the outdoor lounge. As the sun sets, dine al-fresco by the pizza oven with the distant sound of cicadas chirping and enjoy good local wine with family and friends under the starry sky.
It’s just a five-minute drive to a charming old village where you can step back in time when exploring the flower-filled lanes, pretty restaurants and shops. Head even further inland and you can easily discover other archetypal villages and towns of this region such as Mougins, Valbonne and Grasse.
Yet you are never far from the sea with the glistening Côte d'Azur so near; the beaches and watersports of Antibes are within fifteen minutes and the glamorous city of Cannes just 20km away. Take a boat trip to explore the French Riviera from the sea or head inland for hiking, cycling and horse-riding in the stunning hinterland. Golf lovers will be amazed at the great range of golf courses nearby including the prestigious Royal Mougins.
