La Sentinelle has been brilliantly designed with style as well as comfort and ample space whether holidaying with family or a group of friends. The modern and spacious living-dining room is full of light with three sets of French windows opening up to a covered terrace and the jacuzzi by the palm trees. There are four pretty bedrooms, one on the ground floor and three others upstairs, including the master double with its en suite bathroom, all leading out to an upper balcony with glorious views towards Biot, the surrounding hills and beyond.
The grand swimming pool is on the other side of the villa, gated off for safety and featuring a shaded poolside lounge and al-fresco terrace with its own electric sun canopy. With amazing landscapes to look out to, spend endless summer days preparing feasts by the barbecue and cooling off in the 12m long pool.
The charming medieval village of Biot is just a few minutes away by car where you will find delightful restaurants and an artistic vibe with studios and galleries. Head down to the coast with the great beaches north of Antibes just ten minutes by car or venture a little further towards the palm-fringed shores of Cannes and the idyllic bays of Cap d’Antibes.
Visit the gastronomic restaurants of flower-filled Mougins, the vibrant Farmer’s market in Valbonne or the perfume museum in Grasse before playing a round of golf in one of the many prestigious courses of this region.
Keen walkers will love the trail along the Brague river between Valbonne and Biot whilst there are also plenty of horse-riding and cycling opportunities. All other durations on request. /n Heating costs included? /n Yes. /n Pool heating charge? /n Yes, there is a charge of £130 per week for pool heating and £130 per week for jacuzzi heating. It is not however necessary in July and August.
