This air-conditioned home is all about light and space across its beautiful interiors which have been decorated with style and taste. The main floor offers open-plan living at its best with calming vistas of the azure coloured sea from its large dining area and upper terrace. Two comfortable bedrooms can be found on this floor whilst upstairs a pretty double with a lovely bathroom has a balcony looking out to the garden.
Downstairs there is yet more impressive space with a handsome cellar, a relaxed TV lounge and a spacious bedroom with two double beds. Open up the doors to allow the outside in with a fantastic al-fresco dining terrace and summer kitchen for sociable evenings with family or friends.
You can feel the Mediterranean all around you with citrus, palm and olive trees alongside lavender and other bursts of summer colour across the terraced grounds. Wander down the steps to the swimming pool, such a picturesque spot with sun-loungers on the poolside terrace and swathes of greenery all around you.
In a gated domaine, it’s just a 4km drive to Antibes, a French Riviera town of contrasts with its enchanting cobbled maze of narrow lanes within the 16th century ramparts alongside the glitzy marina filled with mighty yachts. Discover some of the brilliant beaches, try out a range of watersports, walk through stunning scenery on Cap d'Antibes and experience the vibrancy of nearby Juan Les Pins.
The glamour of Cannes is also close by or head east towards Nice and Monaco, passing yet more attractive coastline and lovely seaside resorts. Drive inland for the serenity of the Valmasque forest or enjoy a lunch in one of the flower-filled hilltop villages so close.
