Description
This lovely villa is in Alleins village, between the Alpilles and Luberon mountain ranges. Benefitting from a calm, natural environment – with a view of the Massif des Costes mountains – it is the ideal holiday spot to discover the authentic side of Provence.
The large, tree-filled garden (2500mz) and the 15m2 pool offer relaxing peaceful moments. The site is entirely enclosed, and the house is perfect for children.
The living room and dining room, decorated Provencal style, continue onto a pretty veranda which becomes a lovely living space with a large table, sofa, and Jacuzzi.
The well-kitted out kitchen opens onto the garden. There is another full kitchen outside, with a beautiful covered terrace to eat around a great barbeque.
There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor, and two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and one with a double + single, the whole villa therefore sleeping 9 people in total. There is a bathroom on each floor, with a separate toilet on the ground floor.
Linens, sheets, and towels are provided. The beds will be freshly made on arrival. Weekly housekeeping is included with the rental, along with cleaning on departure. You will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a gourmet food basket in the kitchen.
For all sporty types – look out for the Pont-Royal 18-hole golf course, 3km away. Alleins is one of the villages in the Massif des Costes mountain region, which houses many points of interest to be discovered and enjoyed – fountains, wash houses, Provencal architecture…
The Massif des Costes mountains also house many artist and artisan workshops, inspired by the Provencal landscape and the vibrant local art.
In the village itself, you benefit from all the useful amenities – pharmacy, shops, restaurants, etc…
It is also very close to La Roque d’Antheron, where an international piano festival is held every year, and is halfway between the Alpilles and the Luberon.
The Senas exit on the A7 motorway is 9km away, the Aix/Avignon TGV station is 30km away, and Marseilles airport is 60km away on the motorway.
