This beautiful contemporary villa is on a little road bordered by grapevines and olive trees, in a typically Provencal environment. Nevertheless, it is 15 minutes from Aix centre via the N7.
The villa is built in an L-shape. You can access all the rooms from the garden, including all four bedrooms, allowing guests to easily move around, and giving a real feeling of space. The large windows emphasise this feeling, minimizing wall space to fully benefit from the green environment.
The living space is a huge room, of generous proportions, with smart cheerful decoration, shared between three spaces – the dining room, living room, and the kitchen, which is modern and kitted out to satisfy even the most demanding cooks. The living room opens directly onto the terrace and 11x5m2 pool, which is heated and not overlooked.
A long table in front of the kitchen lets you have meals under the shade of a magnificent plane tree.
A large corridor leads to the sleeping areas. There are three large double bedrooms with queen-size beds, and a pretty children’s room with two single beds (another can be added if required).
Two of the bedrooms are ensuite, one with a bath and the other with an Italian shower, and the third double bedroom and the children’s room share a bathroom with a shower. All have air-conditioning (as does the rest of the villa), and also have flat-screen TVs (excluding the children’s room).

We provide fresh bed linens and bath towels. The beds are made shortly before your arrival. Weekly housekeeping is included, as well as complete cleaning after your departure. You will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a welcome basket with a selection of teas and coffees in the kitchen. In a calm, rural environment, scattered with beautiful residencies, the villa is situated 15 minutes from the centre of Aix-en-Provence, near the D7 towards Avignon. You therefore benefit from proximity to the Provencal capital and its many attractions. You will also find many businesses in Eguilles village, which is typically Provencal and 5 minutes away by car, where there is a bakery and pharmacy. Dominating the neighbouring valleys, the site of the village has one of the most beautiful panoramas of the region. The town is also at the doors of Parc du Luberon, and an hour from the sea and coves. You are 15 minutes from the TGV station and 25 minutes from Marseille Provence airport.
