As you walk through the front door, everything about the property is welcoming. There is an easy flow to the layout, with large open-plan spaces, contemporary furnishings and bright openings to the villa’s terrace. The main living room has an L-shape, with modern sofas at one end, the fully equipped kitchen at the other and a social dining space in the middle, connecting the two. With more than enough room for six guests to co-exist in this one space, it is perfectly set up for spending time together as a family or group of friends, celebrating special occasions and enjoy relaxing time together away from the stress of day to day lives.
Upstairs in the villa, you will find the three tranquil bedrooms; one double and two twins. Each one has plenty of storage, comfy beds and beautiful views over the surrounding area. The simple design of these private rooms means you can unpack and settle in, making yourself at home in the space.
The tranquillity of this villa and its setting is best enjoyed from the terrace, where the private pool takes pride of place under the sun. Bordered by luscious trees and greenery around the villa’s walls, it is hard not to feel relaxed! A pergola offers a moment of shade over the outdoor dining space, with room for everyone to dine together, sharing stories and laughter and making memories to last a lifetime.
Nissi beach and Sandy Bay are both within walking distance of your front door, with the history and culture of Cyprus within easy reach.
