Built in just 2014, this is a modern masterpiece, with a vast, open plan living and dining area on the first floor. The interiors are spacious and chic with a monochrome design.
The kitchen sits at one side of the room, with tons of space and all the latest mod cons, in an almost futuristic design. Beside the kitchen is the dining area, and then the large L-shaped sofa in front of the SAT TV, besides which there is a set of large patio doors, flooding the room with warm, natural light, from which a terrace extends. There is a guest WC on this floor.
There are four fantastic bedrooms, three doubles and one twin. The first three are located on the ground floor, with the fourth on the second floor. Two of the rooms enjoy ensuite bathrooms while the other two share a delightful family bathroom on the first floor.
All three are elegant and minimalist, and all have showers while one also has a bathtub. There is a vast terrace on each floor, from which you can enjoy dinner, drinks or merely a good chat while admiring the charming views of Rabač and the nearby islands!
In the grounds, you can enjoy a private pool, lined by a row of comfortable sun-loungers, ideal for soaking up the fabulous sunshine of the Croatian coast! There are an outdoor dining area and a barbeque ideal for enjoying a fabulous alfresco meal in the beautiful, mild climate!
Nearby there are tennis courts if you fancy a little physical activity, or else take a walk along the promenade in Rabač, lined with cafés, bars and restaurants!
Nestled right on the sublime coastline, and just twenty minutes away from Učka Nature Park, a sprawling protected area with hiking routes leading to canyons, waterfalls and historic sites, you’ll find unspoilt nature a stone’s throw away.
