The interior living spaces are designed in a beautiful open-plan style, with the large living room with a sofa in front of the TV backing onto the dining area which in turn backs onto the magnificent kitchen! The vast kitchen is an utter delight to use – with huge long work-tops on either side of this sumptuously modern masterpiece! It has a gas hob, dishwasher, coffee machine and everything you could desire for cooking up a storm! A games room, complete with a pool table, table football and second lounge area, adds extra space for everyone to find their ideal relaxation spot. With air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout you can stay cool and connected anywhere in the villa! Wooden flooring and stone interior walls fuse beautifully with monochrome designs and sleek, sophisticated contemporary styles.
There are six sublime bedrooms in total, all doubles apart from one spacious twin room, great for kids. All six are spacious and individually designed, creating the perfect environment for all our unique guests to find their perfect spot. Four fabulous bathrooms accompany these bedrooms, with a range of bathtubs and showers – one even enjoys a Jacuzzi for the ultimate relaxation!
Out in your impressive and expansive garden, you will find yet more entertainment, dining and unwinding spaces. The highlight is of course your fabulous, private heated pool, which provides both a refreshing spot to cool down from the midday heat, and a simultaneously warm and comforting spot in the cooler evenings, making it the perfect hang-out zone all day (and night!) For more fun and games with all the family, there’s also a volleyball court and a playground with swings and a slide which the youngest will love – while the big kids can also get stuck in on the ping pong table! There’s plenty of space for relaxation, though, once everyone is suitably tired out – with two massage chairs, sunbeds and parasols and a gazebo for a little shade.
With two bicycles provided, you have the perfect way to explore the picturesque local area! And there are tons to see, with endless beautiful towns across this coastal community and the winding cobbled streets and vast, beautiful squares of Dubrovnik less than 40km away. There’s also a regular boat service from Cavtat if you prefer a more adventurous journey!
