Perfectly nestled between the forested mountains to one side and endless rows of vineyards and olive groves on the other side, Villa Ivan is a mystical, traditional and romantic villa on the southernmost point of Croatia!
The interiors ooze with traditional, rustic charm, with classical décor and a light, refreshing style. The lounge is cosy and comfortable, with two large sofas in front of the flat-screen Satellite TV complete with a Stereo System and DVD Player. There are two separate dining areas, one in the living area and the other more separated, accompanied by a fantastic log-burner. The kitchen is traditionally styled and enjoys all the amenities you could need for rustling up a Mediterranean delight! With air conditioning and heating throughout, you’re sure to be comfortable and content!
There are three magnificent bedrooms in total, creating a cosy, harmonious space for six lucky guests! Two rooms feature fantastic king-size beds while the third has a set of twin beds. One double in on the ground floor and the other two rooms are on the first-floor. There’s a fabulous balcony on this floor overlooking the wonderful garden below! One of the double rooms enjoys a fabulous ensuite bathroom, while the other two share a family bathroom. Both have large showers and traditional designs.
Out in your exquisite garden, perfectly ensconced in vibrant trees and plants, you’ll find your vast private pool at the centre. Surrounded by mountains, this is an impressive location, and you can really soak up the peaceful environment and natural scents and sounds (not to mention the endless sunshine!) in a pool-side lounger. With a large BBQ and alfresco dining, your garden is the ideal space for enjoying some quiet time in nature.
This unique and extraordinary villa is also under an hour’s drive from Dubrovnik the romantic, idyllic southernmost city of Croatia, of Game of Thrones fame! There’s also a regular boat service from Cavtat.
