The wall of glass in the lounge lead out onto the terrace and the infinity pool, the lounge also features a cosy carpet and fireplace for the cooler evenings or holidays taken outwith the summer months.
Leaving this open plan area is the elaborate staircase with intricate wrought banister to accentuate the natural light within the villa leading to the first floor bedrooms.
There are 4 stunning bedrooms with luxurious ensuite facilities and doors opening onto their own terrace, each with glorious views overlooking the infinity pool, Kvarner Bay, the city of Rijeka and the islands of Krk and Cres.
Within the villa there is a fitness suite equipped with the very best of equipment to suit even the most energetic of guests, a water rower, walking machine, weights and indoor pool, for the less energetic a sauna, pool table and games consoles are provided.
The outside of this incredible villa has been just as thoughtfully designed as the interior, loungers for all guests situated around the incredible infinity pool with heating and massage options, an outdoor covered dining area on the terrace, the wrought theme continues here on the dining chairs and tall chairs around the pool, and of course a barbeque on which to cook some of the amazing local seafood.
The spacious secluded garden is immaculately maintained with plenty space for badminton and outside games.
