You’re welcomed by a large, bright hallway with vintage furniture and colourful décor, and this homeliness oozes through the villa. The heart of the home is undoubtedly the vast living room, with two separate lounge areas all lit by a fabulous set of surrounding French doors which flood the room with a beautiful, warm glow.
Simply step outside to soak up the sunshine on your fabulous terrace, something of an extension of the living rooms, with a huge set of wicker sofas as well as an alfresco dining area! Around the corner there is a second outdoor living area, giving you all the space you could wish for in the sunshine, with yet more sofas! A TV by the sofas and a well-stocked bookshelf built into the wall offer all the entertainment you could need, at any age!
To one side, there is the elegant dining area, demonstrating the same classical style and complimentary décor as the living room. The kitchen is beside this, a large fully-equipped space which also enjoys garden access, as well as plenty of workspace for all the chefs to get involved with preparing some Mediterranean delights!
A second separate living area includes both a snug lounge with a TV and another dining area. Finally, in the basement there is a fully-equipped gym for all your workout needs – so you can keep up your healthy habits on holiday!
The first of six bedrooms are on this ground floor and enjoys a full wall of glass doors leading into the garden! It also has a beautiful ornate double-bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs you will find four more bedrooms. The master suite includes a large double bed, private terrace with cosy outdoor furniture and a majestic bathroom with a vast bathtub and separate shower and a double vanity sink!
Then there is a twin room complete with an ensuite bathroom and a balcony, a children’s room with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom, and a final single room. Finally, on the lower-ground floor, there is another twin room with an ensuite bathroom, alongside a pantry and laundry area. This is a great set up for a large family, with a lovely varied sleeping arrangement.
Your fabulous garden features a sublime pool terrace complete with sun-loungers ideal for catching some rays in between refreshing dips! Around this is a beautifully landscaped garden with plenty of trees across the vast lawn. For relaxing, you will find plenty of casual seating areas, as well as an alfresco dining table for stylish suppers under the stars!
