Villa La Siesta offers an unforgettable Costa Blanca getaway! This charming villa sits in a peaceful spot, just a 10-minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Moraira town. Thereby guests benefit from a tranquil setting, as well as the popular restaurants, bars and shops of a Costa Blanca resort town.
Within the villa, the carefully designed rooms combine white walls with splashes of colour that enliven each space, creating an elegant yet warm feel throughout. With comfy furnishings and spacious rooms, your every need has been carefully considered, leaving you with a holiday spot free of any stress and worries! Villa La Siesta offers ample room for six guests, with three bright bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and welcoming, social living areas where everyone can spend quality time together.
The spacious living and dining room is split over two levels, with two small steps in-between. The large sofas are arranged around a feature fireplace and flat-screen television, making the room feel like a home away from home. Modern touches make the room feel like something out of a design magazine, each one adding a special feature to your holiday!
The dining table has room for four guests to gather around and dine together, celebrating special occasions, or simply enjoying each other’s company away from a busy day to day lives. In the next room there is a bright kitchen, simply designed to provide everything you need for cooking family meals and preparing picnics to take to the beach!
Through the rest of the villa, there are three simple and sophisticated bedrooms, all with bright white walls, comfy beds and plenty of storage for your belongings. Two of the rooms are doubles, and the third offers twin beds, perfect any kids staying, or you can push the beds together to create a third double.
As you step outside, the terrace and garden are larger than usual for this sized property, with a luscious lawn where kids can run and play, a huge private swimming pool perfect for cooling off on hot summer days and a fabulous barbecue area so you can cook outside, making the most of the al-fresco lifestyle. Evenings in at Villa La Siesta are magical, as you can dine outside, cooking up a storm on the barbecue and soaking in the tranquil atmosphere! This special villa offers a perfect Spanish holiday for your friends and family. /n Security deposit /n €150 charged to client’s credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n 4 pm /n Departure time /n 10 am /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Extra €80, to be paid locally. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. /n Linen & towels included? /n Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price. Please bring your own pool towels. /n Energy costs included? /n The rental price includes 30kWh per week of electricity.
