There are two kitchens, both of which retain a more traditional feel, with wooden fittings and more colourful décor. The central living area has a beautiful fireplace, comfortable sofas and there are two TVs with satellite channels. The living areas are split across both the first and ground-floors, with a kitchen and dining area on each. All areas, though different in style, are fitted with high-quality furnishings, tasteful decorations and extremely comfortable chairs and sofas.
The first of the three bedrooms, a double, is located on the first-floor, with a full ensuite bathroom. A further two double bedrooms and a shower room are on the ground floor. All of the rooms are modern and bathed in light through a set of large patio doors or windows, with excellent furniture. There is also both central heating and air conditioning in all bedrooms. Both bathrooms are spacious and have large baths and beautifully tiled walls. There is also a guest WC on the main floor.
The elaborate stone balustrade that lines the entire garden, as well as the brilliant exterior staircase, creates a truly timeless beauty within the exterior facilities. The pool stretches across the terrace, lined on one side by the ornamental columns and the other by a row of sun loungers. A shaded, elevated terrace overlooks the pool with a large dining area.
