Built upon an ancient defence tower dating back to the 16th or 17th century, Villa Unicorn is reminiscent of a traditional castle! Across its grounds, the level of luxury and elegance infused into the rustic property boasts a royal level of accommodation! Guests are blessed with a cool interior, courtesy of the white and thick walls and high wooden ceilings that naturally keep cool air inside!
On the ground floor of this stately dwelling, travellers can gather together for some quality time in the lounge area! Fitted with a plump and large, L-shaped sofa, you can snuggle up whilst you watch modern-day channels and movies on the satellite television! For gentle evenings, the fireplace makes for the ideal tender backdrop for nights filled with chatter and laughter!
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a fabulous feast! Store food and drinks in the fridge and freezer and cupboards that you can grab at your convenience throughout your stay! Serve spreads on the lovely dining table, which can support all eight guests that this villa holds at its capacity!
The lower floor houses a room with a double bed and one with single beds for you to find your rest and recovery! The bathrooms are also contained on this floor and you have the choice of simply getting ready for the day ahead with a shower in one and a bathtub in the other for you to kick back and soak in your medieval settings!
Upstairs the final two bedrooms are laid out across the floor. Both rooms offer two single beds and guests have the option to join them up to create a double bed, especially handy for couples! Above this floor and at the top of the house, guests are granted a large terrace to relax in, with views across the countryside, so you can sip drinks as you watch the sunrise or set across this rich landscape!
Through large wooden doors in the dining area, guests can step onto the wonderful exterior. You can truly admire the construction of the former defence tower and the view around you as you sit on multiple seating areas, some informal and for casual drinks and others boasting alfresco dinner opportunities! Kick back on day beds under the shade of trees or simply recline on sun-loungers and bask in the glorious heat! If you get too hot; however, the villa offers a private outdoor pool for you to soak or swim in! /n Security deposit /n €1,000 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n 3 - 7.30 pm /n Departure time /n 10 am /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. /n Linen & towels included? /n Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included in the rental price. /n Energy costs included? /n Yes, included in the rental price. /n Internet access? /n Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price. /n Minimum stay /n 7 nights /n Changeover day /n Saturday during high season. /n Pets welcome? /n Not allowed. /n Smoking Allowed? /n Not permitted. /n Tax /n Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night between 1/5- 31/10 for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior to arrival within the second payment. Balearic Winter Local Tax OF €0.55 per person per night between 1/11 -30/4 for over 16's is not included in rental price and will need to be paid prior to arrival within the second payment. /n Insurance /n Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay. /n Other Ts and Cs /n Baby cot & high chair are available at an extra cost of €50 each per booking.
