This stone-built farmhouse is part of a traditional finca plot, with a history dating back over 100 years. It has been lovingly restored to create a villa that offers modern features throughout and an original, rustic charm.
The plot is home to a villa and a separate cottage. Entrance to the villa is via a welcoming porch with terrace and small table and chairs. On the main level is a large dining room with a wooden table and chairs in front of a window offering quaint views and a smaller table and chairs for enjoying a post-dinner drink or game of cards. The well-equipped kitchen has another table and chairs that's ideal for breakfast with a view, with doors leading to the outside space. There's a bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath as well as another double bedroom with twin beds and ensuite shower room. Both benefit from air conditioning and a light, fresh décor that's complemented by beautiful wood furnishings that are typical of the villa.
A few steps up lead to a semi-level with a spacious living room. Features include high ceilings, comfortable seating, fireplace, plasma television and access to an exterior terrace with dining area. Two further double bedrooms are on this level also. The bedroom with double bed has an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower, with a twin bedded-room enjoying an ensuite shower room.
Independent from the main villa is a cottage with a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath.
The expansive plot that the properties sit within features many attractive stone-built structures, some of which date back to when the land was used for farming. Next to the cottage is a small courtyard garden with terraces and a colourful range of flowers and plants. The terraced and lawned gardens are also home to a large, private swimming pool with sun lounger area. An impressive porch has a barbecue, refrigerator and sink for preparing and cooking delicious al fresco meals for all the family.
