The villa, which is comprised across one floor in an open plan layout, is a delightful mix of old and new design. With walls made out of natural stone to keep the house cool, the roofs of Savina wood, and water fetched from the well, Casa Rubi is an authentic finca with all the luxuries you need for a comfortable stay.
The well-equipped kitchen, with a dish washer, fridge freezer and microwaves is located next to the stunning dining room, and is separated by a rustic archway. The informal long table and bench is a fabulous setting for meal times
Through a modern square archway is the main living room with a fireplace nestled in the corner that is surrounded by sumptuous sofas. You’ll find international satellite TV, DVD and I-Pod doc to keep everyone entertained.
There is a further living area that acts like a cosy den for any guests who want some quiet time. Complete with plasma TV, large bookcase and comfy sofa, it’s the perfect place to hideaway and chill.
In this part of the finca, you’ll find two stylish double bedrooms with air conditioning to keep guests cool at night. The master bedroom has a stunning en-suite bathroom with a large standalone bath. There is a further bathroom with a large shower.
There are three further double bedrooms with their own separate entrance. Each bedroom has air conditioning and en-suite shower facilities.
Casa Rubi is surrounded by a pretty garden, with palm trees and olive tree. The large private swimming pool, with the majestic hills and expanse of blue sea in the distance, is a picturesque setting for a swim or sunbathing session. The private tennis court will popular with guests who like to keep active.
