The house is also southeast facing, which ensures it enjoys sun almost the entire day.
On the lower level, there is a master suite with its own dressing room and bathroom, as well as a double bedroom and separate shower room. There is also a separate guest study, with a double bedroom and shower room. Two of the bedrooms are set up with twin beds, providing a practical set up for families with children.
