The kitchen can be accessed from both the dining area and from the outside of the house, it is full of modern equipment ready for you to cook up some summer feasts. There is also a laundry room and a toilet on this floor. A staircase leads from the hall up to the bedrooms, where you will find two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a completely private room with a rest room, shower en-suite, and a loft with a double bed.
The exterior offers peace and tranquillity. The irresistible private swimming pool is the feature of the outdoor space, perfect for cooling off in the warm Spanish climate. The pool is surrounded by wooden floor and has a lawned garden providing a great spot for topping up your tan or reading your book.
