Villa Crymo is an extremely well designed, four-bedroom, new villa close to the quaint and unspoilt village of Crestatx, just 10 minutes from Pollensa and Alcudia towns. In its large 1000 sqm plot surrounded by fabulous planting and trees and beautiful countryside, it is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the privacy totally.
The brand-new villa has been tastefully decorated and furnished to provide guests with a luxurious sanctuary. The garden is manicured and very beautiful. The pool will provide so much fun and has roman steps to get in. Sun loungers surround the pool for your relaxation. There is a covered dining terrace for alfresco dinners, either prepared in the barbecue and outdoor kitchen or the wonderful indoor kitchen. The outside dining furniture is beautifully intricate. Ambient lighting makes this a special place to enjoy summer evenings without anyone close by.
Villa Crymo is absolutely immaculate. The open-plan area is so smart with modern, well-chosen furniture. The sofa is huge and so comfy. Although it won’t be used in summer months, the log burner is beautiful and so atmospheric. There is some lovely, modern art around the villa. The superb high-end kitchen is so well equipped and features a splendid breakfast bar. There are two sets of doors opening to the garden and pool.
There are three luxury bedrooms with king-size beds and one with twins. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and the others upstairs. They share three good sized, modern bathrooms with huge showers. /n Security deposit /n €300 charged to client’s credit card by the property manager on arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
