Villa Tanit holds a wonderful location in the very heart of the charming old town of Pollensa, all attractions and amenities are within walking distance, making it ideal for families. For the beach bums, Puerto Pollensa and its golden beaches are just a ten-minute car journey away.
The homely townhouse has been recently modernised and today seamlessly combines its original charm with its terracotta tiles, Moorish-style arches and stone staircase with updated furnishings and amenities. On the ground floor is the main living accommodation which comprises of a comfortable lounge and a modern kitchen complete with all the tools a budding chef could possibly need, while the large wooden dining table makes a fantastic place to sit and enjoy a tasty meal with your loved ones.
Upstairs, on the first floor are the first two bedrooms, a double and a twin as well as a shared bathroom with both a bath and shower. One of the twin bedrooms boasts its very own balcony and makes a brilliant place to sit and enjoy a drink while watching the sunset over the rooftops of Pollensa. On the second and final floor is the master bedroom which boasts its very own en-suite bathroom and seating area.
Outside, the private swimming pool makes the perfect spot to take a dip and cool off after a heart-pumping walk up the chapel at the top of Calvari steps! The terrace comes complete with dining facilities and makes a fantastic space to spend an evening dining al fresco.
***In July and August only, guests of Villa Tanit have access to a separate 2-storey guesthouse which allows it to comfortably accommodate an additional two guests, raising maximum capacity to 8. On the ground floor of the guesthouse are the living room and well-equipped kitchen, while upstairs is a double bedroom and shower room. The additional privacy the guesthouse offers makes it ideal for a couple looking for some space away from the rest of the group! /n Security deposit /n 1000 Euros - credit card details and expiry date to be supplied in case of damage to the property. The local Property Manager will contact you via email to request your details, this amount will be blocked on the credit card, not taken. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival.
