Basking in a fabulous location, close to the attractions of Majorca’s ancient town, Pollensa, this luxuriously restored townhouse is in walking distance from the main square that’s filled with bars and restaurants, yet offers a sense of seclusion thanks to the Tramuntana Mountains views from the incredible roof terrace.

The townhouse has been furnished to a five-star standard, with a perfect blend of old and new. Light, bright and airy, the house is filled with natural daylight thanks to the innovative architectural design and colourful artwork throughout the two storey property.

On the ground floor, the cosy living room, with its fresh and contemporary furniture and patio doors opening out to the small courtyard, is a stunning space to relax with a good book by the wood burning stove (in the winter months) or watch TV.

Along with a glass-fronted corridor, overlooking the courtyard, the beautiful open-plan dining and kitchen area awaits. The dining table has views across the yard and behind lies the modern kitchen with a lovely breakfast bar and chic stools; an excellent spot for morning coffee with the papers.

A white stone curved staircase leads from the dining area to the first floor. The three comfortable bedrooms are accessible from the glass-fronted hallway, with views down to the courtyard, allowing plenty of Mediterranean light in.

The first double bedroom features a sumptuous double bed under traditional wooden roof beams, for a cosy, comfortable sleep. The second bedroom is also a double and has beautiful French patio doors, allowing glorious sunshine to flood the room when you wake in the morning.

The third bedroom is a twin room, ideal for younger guests, although this house is not suitable for very young children.

There are three bathrooms, with the master featuring a gorgeous sunken bath to unwind in after a long day of relaxing. The two other bathrooms are also en-suite with walk-in shower facilities.

Although the townhouse has a central location, it boasts a secluded hideaway in the shape of a charming rooftop terrace featuring a private salt-water swimming pool.

It’s the perfect spot to indulge in an evening dip before sipping on an aperitif as you recline on the sun lounger as the sun sets over the mountains in the distance. The local Property Manager will contact you via email to request your details, this amount will be blocked on the credit card, not taken.
