Villa Larena is a well-equipped and family-friendly holiday home that sits within the quiet residential area of Crestatx, close to the historic town of Pollensa. It has all the facilities you need for a relaxing stay and has excellent outside spaces to keep everyone happy and entertained.
With comfortable furnishings and a layout that suits family life perfectly, Villa Larena offers a welcoming atmosphere and a real home-from-home feel. The villa enjoys an elevated position, giving you lovely views of the lush, green surroundings and hills beyond.
A beautiful open-plan living space greets you as you enter Villa Larena. Within the dining area is a table that seats up to six people and is positioned by doors that open onto the terrace.
Further into space is a cosy lounge area with sofas you can enjoy sinking back into as you watch the television or as flames flicker away in the wood-burning stove on chilly nights. There are also more doors leading to the outside space and allowing plenty of natural light in.
Adjacent to the lounge is a modern kitchen that comes with all the appliances you need during your stay, including a large fridge freezer, microwave and oven.
There are four bedrooms in total, with three featuring double beds and one with twin beds. Each has their ensuite bathroom, and there’s an additional guest bathroom also.
Villa Larena has plenty to offer when it comes to outside space. There’s a lovely first-floor terrace with outdoor seating, providing the ideal place to watch the sunset over the hills.
The partially-covered central patio is home to more outdoor seating, with this area leading out to the private swimming pool terrace with a selection of sun loungers and a chill-out bed.
Here also is a dining area that sits next to an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. The entire garden is screened by trees, making it a tranquil and private space to chill out. /n Security deposit /n 1000 Euros - credit card details and expiry date to be supplied in case of damage to the property. This amount will be blocked on the credit card, not taken. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival.
