Through the entrance, guests have led up a stairway to the first floor where a wonderfully spacious, open plan loft-style living room awaits, filled with stylish modern furniture, contrasting against original arched windows, soaring ceilings with original beams and natural Mediterranean light.
Underneath the open gallery on the second floor lies the luxurious dining area featuring fabulous artwork and lighting, plus a sizeable original window. From here is the ultra-modern Bulthaupt kitchen, complete with all high-quality mod cons and an island counter come breakfast bar, and a laundry room.
This floor is also home to a double bedroom with its en-suite shower room. There’s also a private terrace which leads out from the living area and features a large dining table, perfect for al fresco meal times.
Up the staircase in the living room is the open gallery which also acts as an office space with views down to the living room. The gorgeous master bedroom suite features a luxurious king size bed and an en-suite bathroom where guests can relax in the freestanding bathtub. There’s also a rather brilliant walk-in wardrobe and underfloor heating.
The real treat in store for guests is the private swimming pool found on the second-floor terrace, where a refreshing dip and sunbathing on the loungers is a beautiful way to relax after a long day of exploring Pollensa.
Through the archways are a covered terrace and outdoor lounge furniture along with BBQ facilities, perfect for entertaining well into the night. There is also a twin bedroom with single beds by the poolside, ideal for younger guests.
