Inside, the accommodation flows elegantly and seamlessly over three levels. A good-sized open plan lounge, dining room and fully equipped modern kitchen is situated at the front of the property and lead directly on to the compact rear terrace and swimming pool (2m x 5m) area.
The double doors, adjacent to the kitchen, invite you out onto the garden/patio where you can enjoy a dip in the pool with total privacy. Adjacent to the pool you will find an exterior table and chairs, sun loungers and exterior shower for convenience. Enjoy the evenings just relaxing surrounded by these traditional stone walls gazing up at the stars. There is also an option to sit on two further balconies’, on the first floor and upper floor, so although compact there are other spaces to relax.
A staircase leads to the first floor where you will find 2 x twin bedrooms which share a bathroom and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom/shower. On the upper floor, there is another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom/shower. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and benefit from fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
Since a car is not essential, you can use the local taxi and bus services to get around, and during the summer months, they are plentiful. Please note that during local fiestas there will be big crowds and lots of noise in Pollensa town, these take place during the Easter parade, Fiesta Blanca and August the 1st & 2nd. /n Security deposit /n Credit cards details may be requested as guarantee /n Arrival time /n 4 pm /n Departure time /n 10 am /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Yes.
