This is a housing complex made of three homes, set on a hilltop with stunning sea views. All houses have access to the terrace as well as the private large swimming pool which has sun loungers as well as dining furniture near it, offering the perfect relaxing day in the sun.
Surrounding the houses is a beautiful lawn area with a well-cared for the garden including a collection of palm, olive and almond trees on the property. The fact that this property is well cared for and looked after is evident from the exterior of it alone; it offers a tranquil and relaxing environment for you and your holiday party.
As this is a complex of three homes, you can have three families or generations, or bigger groups staying here, but you’re able to separate and have time in smaller groups when that is necessary, making this the ideal retreat location for friends and families! You can gather on the terrace and head over to the built-in barbeque area, and enjoy delicious food in the Mediterranean, tropical outdoors.
Each of the houses is different sizes, but they all have the same elements – bedrooms, living/dining area and bathrooms. Two of the houses have kitchens, making them completely self-contained, and one of the houses is made up of bedrooms and a living area.
But the layouts of the houses show that you can truly separate from the other members of the holiday party if needed, whilst still all on the same complex. The properties all make use of large glass windows, so you’re able to see the beautiful Pollensa surrounding you, as well as the sea and your stunning garden.
The smallest of the houses has one double bedroom, but it does have the largest lounge/ dining area, meant to be the area that the whole party gathers for meals and lounging together. Both of the kitchens are equipped with all of the modern appliances, allowing you to make food and eat in all of the homes. Each of the houses has double bedrooms, so they sleep 12 people in style and comfort. /n Security deposit /n €1000 to be paid with the balance of the booking and return the day after the departure date.
