The master bedroom with full en-suite bathroom is located on the split level ground floor, and a further double bedroom and two twin bedrooms are located on the first floor, and all bedrooms have air conditioning. The villa has a lovely outdoor area with plenty of seating areas and sun loungers; there is also a built BBQ with wooden pizza oven adjacent to the pool and exterior shower room.
The town of Puerto Pollensa is located just 850m away and here you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and all the local amenities including boat tips/hire, scuba diving, water sports, hiking trails and scenic cycle routes.
