Having ample outdoor space the property offers a large lawn garden and children’s play area with table tennis and a large swimming pool with roman steps ( 10m x 5m). Walking paths, cycling trails and choices of sandy beaches are all easily accessible from Puerto Pollensa also the popular golf course of Pollensa is only a short drive away. Puerto Pollensa is lined with a variety of shops, restaurants and bar with many overlooking the beach and harbour. Puerto Pollensa boasts great recreation opportunities, scenic views of the nearby mountains and access to the sea.
