Or if you’d rather retire to the shade every now and then – you’ll be right at home too, with a fabulous sheltered dining area allowing you to indulge in the warm, sunny days without the intensity of the sunshine! The BBQ sits just beside the house so you can throw the perfect summer’s BBQ and still nip in and out of the house at will.
Rustic stone walls run throughout the interior of the villa, creating a perfectly traditional, typical Mallorcan style – completed by the great wooden beams which stretch from room to room and the high-quality wooden furniture. Small archways connect each room to the other, creating a particularly cosy atmosphere in this otherwise large, spacious property. The kitchen, equipped with all the necessary high-quality mod cons, stretches all the way to another finely decorated dining area, complete with large dresser.
On this floor there is also one double bedroom and a bathroom. The other three bedrooms can be found on the first-floor, alongside two further bathrooms. These rooms are decorated in a traditional style, in-keeping with the style of the rest of the property, and have large windows to allow the sunlight and warmth of the Spanish weather to flood into the room.
