The apartment-style villa sits just outside the hubbub of activity in Pollensa and has been finished to the highest standards, taking full advantage of the sunshine and breeze that streams from the sky. Designed with contemporary décor and furnishings, the designers have laid quirky and unique signature styles both inside and out!
The living area is an inviting space, set to allow families and travelling groups to get together and unwind. Choose the comfort of comfy sofas set around a bohemian style rug and fancy furniture and décor to help you settle down. Perfect to cosy up in at night and allowing sunlight into the room through patio doors. These doors lead to the gorgeous terrace. Adorned with marble flooring, guests can pop in and out of the terrace for the refreshment of the climate. The living area has also been gifted with one of the latest televisions, where you can drink a beer, cocktail or wine and enjoy movies and sports! The use of bare stone-wall helps add a touch of tradition to the property as you make your way to eat. Meals are served on a dining table and have been set close to the kitchen, for ease of access. The fully-equipped kitchen has been set with everything you need to make full use of the fresh produce you can source on the island!
Upstairs, guests will find places to find their rest in a bedroom set with two single beds, with touches of nautical themes and more rustic elements. The floor also hosts a room that can be used as an intimate living area or another bedroom, the daybed allowing plenty of space to either relax or recover. You can take a siesta or sip a drink on the balcony on this floor, with views into the mountains in the distance. Guests who stay here can use the clean-lined marble-set bathroom to freshen up. Upstairs, the final bedroom is the master room, offering a double bed, seating and a bathroom, equally as sleek as the bathroom on the first floor! /n Security deposit /n £200 payable by credit or debit card before the arrival and to be refunded in full subject to a damage inspection on departure. /n Arrival time /n 4 pm /n Departure time /n 10 am /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Yes.
