Villa Amalur has a stunning feature of a surrounding exterior terrace, the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a glass of local wine in the evening whilst watching the sun set on the horizon. The external grounds at this villa are something special, for enhanced privacy and tranquillity the villa is in the upper area of a residential complex. The private swimming pool is the perfect spot for cooling off in the warm Spanish climate whilst admiring the view.
The property is just a 10-minute drive from the old town of Pollenca. Better, if you like exercising you can also walk, run or cycle into town, just don’t underestimate the hill on you way back. There is plenty to do in the local area, with restaurants, bars, shops and water sports, there is something for everyone.
