Inside, the kitchen is large and well equipped, complete with everything you could need to rustle up a Mediterranean delight – and even a coffee maker! The kitchen opens out onto a second lovely dining table in the great open plan living area, complete with a complementary mixture of modern and antique furniture. On this ground floor there is also one double bedroom, equipped with an ensuite.
On the first floor there are a further two bedrooms, one with an ensuite, and a separate bathroom. Each bedroom enjoys a warm and cosy feeling, with fabulous wooden beams stretching across the ceiling of each. From this floor there is a second sun terrace enjoying views over the nearby mountains and the gorgeous garden.
Finally, dive through the wonderful wooden double-doors from the living room and explore the garden area: with a great 8x4 metre pool and a gorgeous sun terrace stretching in all directions from the house, including out to a large tree, providing plenty of shade for those hot summer days. Whether you want to relax in one of the many pool loungers or break a sweat on the ping pong table – all you have to do is make a decision, it’s all available in this luxurious Mallorcan villa in the mountains.
