The private gardens are one of this villa’s highlights, with plenty of sun loungers lining up alongside the perfectly manicured lawns. In addition to the gorgeous pool, which can be heated as required, you have table tennis and a covered terrace with seating, ideal for drinks with friends lasting long into the night. The imposing La Concha in the distance gives the villa a particularly fine backdrop.
Inside, you have a large living room with fireplace, a dining area and a large, well-equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace. Perfect addition for film fans is the movie room, kitted out with comfy sofa, big screen television with international channels and a large collection of movies to view. If you’re having trouble switching off, there’s also an office (although you might not want to be using it much).
Spread over two floors, all six bedrooms are large and elegantly furnished, with all but one benefitting from an en-suite bathroom. Most have both a bath and shower, and two include a luxurious two-person hot tub. The bedroom furnishings are very high quality, with a variety of styles to choose from.
On a secure site with private parking, Villa Valeria offers seclusion to up to twelve guests, yet it’s only a few minutes’ walk from the nearest bars and restaurants. Drive into Puerto Banús and enjoy the designer stores and upscale marina or head for any of the numerous golf courses of Nueva Andalucia.
