Suitable for up to four guests, Villa Emilio is modern and comfortable, offering a seamless combination of indoor and outdoor living. Beside the swimming pool, which is available all year round, you have sun loungers and a covered dining area. You can then go straight inside to the living area with TV and internet access, as well as a DVD player and music system.
There is a large seating area in this open-plan space, which also includes the kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. You have two bedrooms, a double and a twin, and a bathroom with a shower and WC.
The house has a sunny position and is very quiet. Of course, it’s perfect for golf lovers with the course so close, but even if you’re not, Villa Emilio has plenty to enjoy within a short distance. You are around 3km from the sandy beaches of Maspalomas, and there’s no shortage of excellent restaurants, bars and cafés to eat in around town. There’s even a restaurant just 100m from the house.
Looking out to the sea and mountains, the view from Villa Emilio will give you a hint of Gran Canaria’s magnificent natural beauty. It will be worth your while hiring a car to explore it all – from the sublime Roque Nublo near Tejada, a volcanic rock formation some 67m high, to the atmospheric sand dunes of Maspalomas itself, there is always something worth seeing.
