Set in the exclusive residential development of Hacienda Las Chapas, you’ll find that Villa Verdes has everything you’ll need for a great holiday with family or friends. It’s a modern, seven bedroom, six bedroom villa – the interior design is sleek and fuss-free, but still comfortable and homely.
The kitchen has fully-fitted modern units, and all the appliances you would expect, as well as the added bonus of access to the terrace. The living room is of generous proportions, with plenty of seating on sofas and armchairs for everyone in your party. There’s a flat screen TV here – great if you want to chill out in the middle of the day, or just have an evening in. Down one wall, there are large, glass sliding doors that take you straight outside to the gardens and swimming pool. Just next door is a smaller TV room or snug, ideal if you have lots of children or teenagers with you who might want their own space.
There’s a master double bedroom suite, that’s large enough for a sofa, TV and en-suite bathroom; as well as six further bedrooms, and five more bathrooms – so plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. All the bedrooms are well-designed and have lots of storage, so you can properly unpack and enjoy your holiday.
Outside you’ll find a private swimming pool, set in lovely gardens. The gardens have lawns, mature trees and shrubs, and the property is lined with pine trees. The lawns are just perfect for little ones to run around on, followed by a refreshing swim in the pool. The property also has a large, fully enclosed garage with room for multiple cars.
