Upon entering the villa, you are welcomed in by the light and airy entrance hall, with its double-height ceiling and impressive double staircase. The hallway naturally flows towards the stunning spacious open plan living space. Boasting a deep corner sofa and beautiful furnishings there is ample space for the whole villa to gather as a group and sit it front of the fireplace, or admire the incredibly expansive and undisturbed views of the sea through the huge patio doors.
Adjacent to the living space is the modern kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has all the modern equipment you need to cook for small or large groups, and its open design looking out to the dining area, and living space lets the conversation flow through the villa. The dining table allows eight guests to admire the view of the sea whilst enjoying the evening's meal.
Also, on the ground floor are three double bedrooms, all with en-suits attached. Each bedroom is spacious and finished to an incredible standard, with lots of storage space, so there is no need to pack light. The bathrooms are equally decadent, with stylish modern fittings.
Upstairs hosts the remaining bedrooms, one master room and two double rooms all with en-suits. The master bedroom has a beautiful en-suite with both a bath and show; it even boasts a walk-in wardrobe. Perhaps the best feature is the spectacular terrace directly accessed from the master room with its stunning panoramic views of the Puerto Banús and the beach. The remaining double rooms are furnished with beautiful artwork and comfortable seating; one has an outdoor terrace for added privacy.
The basement completes Villa Sierra’s interior, featuring an indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath and gym; there is a shortage of opportunities to pamper yourself in a beautiful surrounding. The basement also has a wonderfully lit cave as a beautiful backdrop to the swimming pool in addition to the wine cellar and kitchenette.
