This stunning Villa is nestled in the privileged area of Vega del Colorado, Nueva Andalucía, just under a ten-minute drive from Puerto Banus. Vega de Colorado is a luxurious residential area with the most fabulous houses boasting magnificent views over Marbella and the Mediterranean Sea.

A perfect Holiday home for large families and groups of friends with spacious rooms and many fabulous amenities. The house has seven bedrooms, five of which are located in the main house, one which is located in the guest apartment and the seventh which is in the separate guest house, both of these have their own kitchens, bathrooms and entrances, perfect for members of the family who prefer more privacy.

As you enter the main house, you are led into a spacious hallway which leads you into the contemporary open plan living, dining kitchen area. With high ceilings and an abundance of light streaming in through every one of the large surrounding windows, this area is a great area to prepare some fabulous lunches, and from here you have convenient access to the large shaded terrace area which overlooks the pool, so we’re sure that al fresco dining will be on the cards every day.

The master bedroom is located on the ground floor, beautifully decorated with a large en suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. This room has a private terrace and has the most amazing views looking out towards Gibraltar and Africa. You can take the elevator to the first and second floors, where there is a bedroom on each floor each with en suite bathrooms and private terraces.

On the lower ground floor, you can enjoy your very own gym and spa. Here you can enjoy your very own heated pool with jet streams so great for training. There is also a well-equipped gym including a rowing machine, weights, Pilate balls, free weights After a good workout relaxes in your very own luxury spa with massage bench, two saunas and a wonderful jacuzzi.
 
Enjoy a nice refreshing gin and tonic or a bottle of wine in the relaxation area where you’ll find a hammock and sofas, a lovely area to relax which also has direct access to the garden area. On this lower ground floor, there is a double bedroom and laundry room; this is also where the separate apartment is located, you can enter this apartment from the driveway. This apartment is perfect for guests, teenagers or staff as it offers kitchen facilities as well as a sofa bed and bathroom.

Connected to the main building, there is a guest house which is located just above the garage. This is a self-contained unit with a small living room with a sofa bed, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom all with the total privacy from the main building. /n Security deposit /n €3,000 charged to client’s credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n 4 pm /n Departure time /n 10 am /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Extra €700, paid locally. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival.
