Villa Alandalus is a truly stunning house which is beautifully decorated and is located within walking distance to some of the best bars and restaurants in the Aloha area of Nueva Andalucía.
Just a few minutes’ drive from the villa and you will find yourself in the world-famous Puerto Banus. Also, a golfer’s paradise with a choice of many golf clubs from Las Brisas, Aloha Golf, Los Naranjos and Magna Marbella which are all located very close to the villa.
This elegantly decorated home includes a spectacular lagoon pool with cascading waterfalls, dancing water jets and a hidden jacuzzi. This beautiful, peaceful area is surrounded by a huge terrace with many areas to sunbathe and enjoy a fabulous barbecue.
The entrance hall decorated in warm, welcoming tones leads you directly into the spacious open plan lounge kitchen area. The kitchen is fully fitted with high-quality appliances and features a built-in coffee machine ad breakfast bar. The lounge area features a large television and three comfortable sofas it also includes a fireplace for the chilly Autumn and winter evenings.
Large glass sliding doors lead you outside to the shaded terrace, which is a perfect place to relax and enjoy some al fresco dining. All the large spacious bedrooms are spread out over the three floors of the house, giving each family a sense of privacy. /n Security deposit /n €3,000 charged to client’s credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n 4 pm /n Departure time /n 10 am /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Extra €475, paid locally.
