Villa Carrasco is a modern but comfortable home, perfect for families, with its open layout and beautiful interior. It also boasts stunning views of the green surroundings and the sea, out a cloud free day you’ll truly have some magnificent back drops for your holiday pictures! The villa itself uses modern and contemporary furniture choices to give the home a unique character. Whilst staying at Villa Carrasco, you’ll find that it is a very comfortable home offering you great facilities and the perfect chance at enjoying your perfect summer away in Spain.
There is an open living and dining area, separated by contemporary separators and decorated with art! This room splitting using the separators allows you to keep all the stunning natural light that is let in via the large glass doors, but also give the two areas their own vibes. The living area looks out over the covered terrace, giving views of the garden and the pool as well as the surrounding greenery. The kitchen is a sleek, modern design with all the necessary appliances and complete with a breakfast bar so you can keep whoever volunteered as cook, company!
When you exit out onto the terrace, you’ll find more outdoor seating available. In addition to the kitchen, you have an outdoor kitchen area next to the large private pool and garden, so you’ll be able to enjoy the views and some great food while relaxing out in the sun!
On the main floor you have two of the bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms are quite minimal, with their focus being on giving you a great night’s sleep so that you have the energy to explore Marbella! Then you have three more bedrooms on the top floor, including the master en-suite. 2 of these rooms (one being the master en-suite) has access to terraces which give breath-taking 180-degree views of the sea and surrounding area. The final bedroom is on the lower floor. The lower floor also has a large bathroom and an additional chill out area. This chill out area also doubles as the cinema room! Perfect if you enjoy movies! The cinema room is also equipped with a bar, so you can get your favourite drinks and have a great time watching your favourite movie!
The villa is also equipped with air-conditioning throughout, underfloor heating, a SONOS sound system installed throughout the house (connected to spotify, it allows you to enjoy YOUR summer playlist!) and private parking with space for two cars.
