Villa Alcornoque is a beautiful, luxury villa in Elviria, East Marbella. It’s over three floors and has spectacular breath-taking views of the sea from the terraces. The surrounding area has plenty of greenery in addition to the views of the sea, which enhances the tranquil atmosphere created around this property. The ground floor has access out onto the terrace which leads to the private infinity pool. You will also find plenty of comfortable furniture, giving you the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views on offer.
When you enter the villa, you’ll find a living space and a small kitchen, though these are not the main kitchen and living area of the property. In this small living space, you’ll find double sofa beds, great for guests. The small kitchen shares the same design scheme as the main kitchen and is also equipped with stainless steel appliances. In addition to the kitchens, the villa also has a BBQ so that you can enjoy the ultimate summer food!
The main living area can be found on the first floor and is an open plan layout with the formal dining area. This area is a neutral space, with is filled with natural light thanks to the large glass doors that grant access out onto the terrace. This terrace has extra outdoor seating and more dining furniture which is perfect for alfresco dining. The main kitchen is also on this floor is an elegant and modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It’s fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to make this kitchen an efficient and effortless facility.
The bedrooms are split over the three floors, with two double en-suite bedrooms being on the ground floor, a third on the first floor and the master en-suite on the second floor. All the bedrooms are similar in design and have their individual en-suite bathrooms. The master en-suite has a luxurious bathroom including a walk-in shower and a bay window bathtub. The villa’s aim is to give you a friendly, relaxing atmosphere and the bedrooms embody this ideal. They’re neutral and have lots of light, and with the addition of the comfortable beds you’ll have the perfect place to rest your head and get a great night’s sleep.
