Villa Acebuche is a lovely spacious holiday villa located in Marbella, 7 minutes away from the centre of Marbella. This property is a gorgeous, traditional design with several chill-out areas throughout the property that give you all great locations for relaxing. Additionally, there is a central courtyard, a hidden beauty, which is such a calming and serene location!
When you enter the villa, you’re greeted with an elegant large entrance hall that will transport you immediately into the right holiday mood, you’ll feel those holiday vibes quickly! The villa has a lovely living area complete with fireplace where you’ll be able to chill out in peace. There are glass doors that let in plenty of natural light, offer great views, but also give direct access out into another seating area that is a cross between a covered terrace and another room of the main house.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a breakfast room with an exit to a covered terrace for dining – adjacent to a courtyard lounge area. The kitchen is a spacious and traditional layout, equipped with all the necessary appliances. It’s lit well, and thanks to the glass doors a lot of that light is natural.
The ground floor has two large double bedrooms, complete with en-suite bathrooms. There is an additional room that can be used as another bedroom, but otherwise it’s a large study, complete with a wood burner. The ground floor also has a bathroom with shower for everyone. The bathrooms are mixed, some have bathtub and shower combinations whereas others just have a shower. All the bedrooms are comfortable and welcoming, with natural light as an option as well as warm lighting provided.
The first floor has two more double bedrooms, complete with ensuite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have stunning high vaulted wooden beamed ceilings and have lovely views available. One has an open terrace which looks over the gardens which have been landscaped beautifully. The second room looks down on the central courtyard via a Juliet balcony.
One of the most spectacular parts of this villa is the exterior where you’ll find numerous seating locations among the palm trees. Additionally, there is an Italian formal garden which is beautiful and offers spectacular picture backdrops. If you head down the steps, you’ll find the large 13-meter salt pool, solar powered, with a deck lounge area. The pool is your own private pool so you will be able to enjoy this all to yourselves! Relax on the sun loungers, or grab inflatables and have splash in the pool!
