The villa has a spacious open plan ground floor, with huge windows filling the room with natural light through the day. In the corner of the room, you can nestle into one of the sofas or cosy armchairs, enjoying some downtime with your loved ones over a glass or two of Spanish wine! In the cooler months, there is nothing better than curling up under a blanket next to the roaring fire. Opposite the lounge seating, flooded with natural light is a large armchair; a wonderful spot to finish this summer’s bestseller!
The dining table completes the room, large enough for all the guests to gather together, discussing the next day’s adventures. The modern kitchen is separate to the living space, fully equipped and modern in its design, you can try your hand at some of the regions famous recipes or enjoy some favourites from home. A small dining table in the kitchen is great for more casual dining or just a place to chat whilst cooking.
The first floor is home to three of the bedrooms, a twin room with an en-suite shower room as well as a further twin room and double room. The final twin room in the loft offers plenty of privacy with its own terrace and en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms are bright and airy with plenty of natural light and a variety of storage offerings.
Outside Can Vedruna really stands out as an incredible home. The large private pool is perfect for cooling down from the hot sun or even just enjoying a gentle swim, embracing this peaceful setting. The spacious lawn surrounding the pool is great for all sorts of games, with the tall trees offering plenty of shade during the day. The pool terrace has sun loungers for all the guests and the option of outdoor dining to make the most of the reliable weather. Be sure to enjoy the roof terrace towards the end of the evening and take in the golden light setting on another beautiful day on the Costa Brava. /n Security deposit /n €150 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n Between 4.30 - 8 pm /n Departure time /n 10 am /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. /n Linen & towels included? /n Sheets and towels can be hired on site for an extra cost of €8 per person per week (paid locally). /n Energy costs included? /n Yes, included in the rental price. /n Internet access? /n Wi-Fi internet access not included in rental price, extra cost of €50 per week to be paid upon arrival. /n Minimum stay /n 3 nights /n Changeover day /n Saturday during peak season. /n Pets welcome? /n On request only and with prior agreement with the owner.
