The villa is surrounded by well-kept gardens giving a sense of privacy and is located on a secure, gated plot. The stunning pool is easy to enter via Roman-style steps, and sun loungers and patio furniture let you make the most of the terraces, which enjoy some wonderful views. A poolside shower and ornamental fountain are among other noteworthy touches.
Most of the property is air-conditioned, including all of the bedrooms and main living areas. Each of the six bedrooms has its en suite, with most also offering direct terrace access. The master suite features not only a large double bedroom but a private lounge, kitchen area and French doors leading to the terrace overlooking the pool. The villa offers a selection of two more doubles and three twins for extra flexibility.
A spacious lounge and dining room is elegantly furnished with cream leather sofas, crystal chandeliers and a modern dining set. This room has a large LCD TV with satellite channels. On the right of the hallway, as you enter the villa, there’s a spacious kitchen with granite worktops, equipped with a superb range of appliances including an eye-level oven, integrated microwave and dishwasher.
The dining area leads you to the pool and open-sided conservatory where you have plenty of comfortable seating. This, in turn, leads you to the summer kitchen with its range-style gas barbecue. A second large lounge and American-style kitchen add even more this incredible villa, plus you have the luxury of a private cinema, billiards room and a small gym.
