This charming and well-located villa sleeps seven across four bedrooms. The villa is furnished in a traditional style, and has high ceilings with exposed wooden beams. In a relaxing, rural location, but only a short drive to Pollensa with its shops, bars and restaurants, Casa Pollentia has everything you will need for a wonderful holiday.
The villa is laid out on one floor, with the living accommodation largely open plan. There is a fully-fitted kitchen, with all the appliances you will need, as well as coffee machine and a juicer; there’s a small table and chairs here – great for breakfast while you’re deciding what to do for the day, lounge by your private swimming pool, or head to the nearby sandy beach at Puerto Pollensa?
The dining room and sitting room lead through from the kitchen, again both open plan. The sitting room has a large, comfortable corner sofa, satellite television and DVD player – great for a cosy evening in, or for escaping the main heat of the day. The dining room has a large wooden table and chairs, plenty of room for everyone in your group to enjoy meals together.
The tiled floors and high ceilings keep the villa cool in the heat of the Mallorcan summer, but all of the bedrooms also have air conditioning. There are two double bedrooms, and one triple room – all with plenty of storage so you can properly unpack and settle in, enjoying the villa to the full. There are three bathrooms – one family bathroom with bath, and two with showers.
Outside in the fenced garden, is your very own private swimming pool – there are sun loungers here, or trees to sit under if you want to find some shade. The garden has grass, flower beds and lovely mature trees, native to the area. There’s even a Jacuzzi in a small outhouse. If you like entertaining, you’ll love the covered outdoor terrace with its barbecue and outdoor kitchen with sink.
