This glamorous villa, located in Cala Tarida, is close to some of the islands most stunning beaches and the exclusive beach clubs in Cala Jondal are just a drive away.
Villa Picano was tastefully renovated in 2012, with a conscious nod to Ibiza design and with luxury, contemporary living in mind. The main house and separate guest house comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.
The main floor begins with the spacious open-plan living area, featuring stylish sofas and home entertainment, and a dining area with views and access to the large terraces overlooking the incredible swimming pool area.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen has a side by side refrigerator with a water dispenser and Nespresso coffee maker for your morning coffee fix.
There are two bedrooms located on the main floor, including the magnificent Master Bedroom with a stunning en suite bathroom and a plush jacuzzi with panoramic views; ideal for relaxing in after a long day sunbathing. The Master also has its own small private patio and access to the terraces.
The double bedroom, featuring a large double bed and en suite bathroom with shower facilities, has direct access to the main terraces, perfect for a leisurely morning chill-out after a long lie in!
On the ground floor there is a guest bathroom with shower facilities and a twin double bedroom, ideal for young family members and also has access to the terraces. There is a second twin double bedroom, which has an en suite bathroom with shower and has access to its own small courtyard and a rather fabulous outdoor shower. Talk about outdoor living!
The quaint guest house provides further private accommodation away from the main villa. There are two double bedrooms, one with two twin beds and access to the upper terraces. The second double bedroom features a large double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower and access to the terraces. The guest house has a guest bathroom and its own large terrace with an outdoor lounge area; a perfect spot for guests to chill out with a book and something cold.
Villa Picano’s outdoor area is truly beautiful, with large terraces offering wonderful views across the sea. The private salt water swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers, large bean bag beds and outdoor sheltered beds. The outdoor area is superbly lit so guests can find their way back to the villa when it gets dark. For al fresco dining, there is an outdoor dining area for 12 guests that is covered so you can enjoy delicious food during the heat of the day in comfort.
